Job Title: Marine Parts Specialist

 Wage Range: Up to 20/Hr

Job Summary: Reporting to the Parts Manager, our new PG&A Specialist will be responsible for helping customers in every way possible while working in a fast-paced environment. This includes answering phones, greeting new guests at the door, fitting and sizing customers in their apparel needs, and showing customers all the cool options they have for their boat or watercraft.

Our company is looking for an experienced Marine Parts Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Outfit guests with apparel

• Help with deciding which accessories and apparel to stock for the season

• Assist customers with accessorizing their purchased machines

• Ensure every guest gets to the person they need to see when they enter the store

• Direct phone calls

• Stay educated on all the latest gear and accessories

• Design eye-catching seasonal displays

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Must obtain all marine certifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

• Excellent verbal and communication skills

• 6 – 12 months of retail experience preferred
